Reflection #6

Technology and I are not friends this morning.

I have been putzing around with blogspot for the last hour, trying to fix the comment feature on my page. I have reset my profile, removed the template, added a standard template, checked the comments tab to allow any and all comments, and even tried posting on my own site; all to no avail.

I even typed "how do I enable comments?" into the Help feature of the site, and I was given a long blurb of HTML code, which I'm not even sure answered my question. Now, I know some HTML, but good heaven's...

So I guess what frustrates me about technology is that we are expected to have even more technology give us an answer to our problem. I would have really just liked to talk to a person, to ask them why my page is being ridiculous. Sometimes I love just being able to get on the internet to find my answer, but when I really need help with something, a real-live person is almost an obsolete concept!
